1995 K1100LT that has sat unattended for 5 years. Bike would not start. Replaced spark plugs and re-oiled the cylinder walls, replaced fuel filter and found the fuel pump was seized. Installed a used pump to save the customer money -and- to get the bike running the day it came to the shop. The bike now runs well but will need a thorough service, replacement of the front brake master cylinder and tires (due to age) and a thorough cleaning of the fuel tank and replacement of the fuel level float assembly. This bike is being sold by the customer for a very reasonable $4500 and has only 22,000 miles on it.
